Robin is a retired Chief United States Probation Officer and Major General from the Army National Guard. He has been a member of The Grapevine Band and the band’s “Solid Gold Dancers” for many years. He enjoys applying his “rhythmic energy” to the music to make the crowd a part of every performance.
